The project stems from an emotion that slowly unfolds and takes shape, merging with light and matter. The environment is no longer a simple static container, but becomes a fluid, dynamic space, capable of transforming and adapting to the needs of those who inhabit it. This is the design philosophy of surveyor Matteo Franzoni, who imagined and created a place where living and working could blend harmoniously.
A spacious area spread over three levels, where contemporary style, functionality and brightness come together with elegance. The inspiration is rooted in a modernist linearism with a clear American influence, where every architectural choice reflects a deep passion for design. The refined aesthetics are enhanced by carefully alternating materials, designed to enhance every corner and make it unique. Living and working in this architectural complex with its clean, ultra-modern lines was a natural choice for Franzoni, consistent with his understanding of architecture: a space designed to evolve with those who live in it.
